Refund eligibility depends heavily on the timing of the withdrawal request:  
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Application fees and admission registration charges are almost universally non-refundable.
  • Cancellation Slabs:
    ◦ Full Refund: Typically, available if cancelled well before the “last date of admission” (usually with a small processing fee deduction of ₹1,000 to ₹5,000).
    ◦ Partial Refund: For example, requests made within 15 days of the admission deadline may only receive an 80-90% refund, dropping to 0% if requested 30+ days after the deadline.
  • “No Refund” Policy:  “Fees once paid will not be refunded” once the academic session has commenced.
  • Duplicate Payments: Excess payments due to technical errors are generally refundable within 7–15 working days upon formal application.
